Memorial services will be held at 12:30 p.m., Monday, April 22, at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, 1101 N.E. 112th Ave., Vancouver. Lois A. Shoultz Lois Ann Shoultz, of Vancouver, died April 10, 2019. Ted Cheng, of Washougal, died April 9, 2019. He was 64. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, April 19, at the Red Cross Building at the Fort Vancouver Reserve Campus, 605 Barnes St., Vancouver. All County Cremation and Burial Services in Vancouver is in charge of arrangements. Dorothy Sheppard Dorothy Sheppard died April 11, 2019. She was 92. Dorothy’s service was held Tuesday, April 16, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Camas. Burial followed at Camas Cemetery.
