Youngsters, dressed in their Easter finest, enjoyed the Washougal Eagles Aerie & Auxiliary 4390 egg hunt, at Hathaway Park, in April of 2017. Children up to the age of 12 looked for 20,000 plastic eggs and claimed candy and other prizes. The 2017 "EGGstravaganza" included opportunities to look for about 5,000 eggs hidden among hay in Reflection Plaza, in downtown Washougal. This year's event, to be held from 3 to 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 28, at Reflection Plaza, 1703 Main St., will include egg hunts, visits with the Easter bunny, free cotton candy and activities for youngsters.
