A new restaurant serving “contemporary American cuisine” will soon occupy the empty dining spot on the ground floor of the Camas Hotel in downtown Camas.
Hotel owners Terri and Dave Sauer, say they’ve signed a lease with the owners of the new restaurant, which will use local ingredients that define the Pacific Northwest.
