Robert Carlson Robert Carlson died Nov. 19, 2013, in Vancouver. He was 85. He was born May 2, 1928, in Chicago. Madden Olive E. Madden died peacefully Nov. 21, 2013, at home in Washougal, surrounded by her family. She was 95.
