Washougal High jazz ensemble spreads cheer

One day earlier this spring, Blake Perkins, a Washougal resident and Vancouver-based dentist, learned that one of his longtime patients, Ray Johnson, was struggling with his cancer treatments and was in a lot of pain. Johnson’s wife told Perkins that her husband “wasn’t having many good days.”

Washougal officials update status of city projects

Camas-Washougal athletes bring home state titles

Camas and Washougal student-athletes are riding high this season, having brought home two team titles and four individual championships during state tennis, track and field and golf competitions.

Mixed-use project proposed for downtown Washougal

A Portland real estate company and Washougal property owner have proposed building a mixed-use development — with 46 apartments on the top floors and retail space on the ground floor — in downtown Washougal’s Town Center District.
